Refund policy

At Marabu, every item is crafted and packed with care. We hope you love what you receive but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• You must contact us at team@themarabu.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

• Returns must be shipped at your own cost, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please send clear photos to team@themarabu.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

❗️Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Used products

• Sale items

• Custom or made-to-order pieces

• Digital products (e.g., downloads, courses, PDFs)
